  • In case of event cancellation by The Raj Gharana, eligible refunds (if any) will be processed as per the event-specific policy.
  • No refunds will be provided for non-attendance, late arrival, or early departure.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation

The Raj Gharana reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or postpone events due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns, or technical issues.

6. Entry & Conduct

  • Entry may be denied if valid booking confirmation or identification is not presented.

  • Any form of misconduct, illegal activity, or disturbance may result in removal from the event without refund.

7. Dress Code & Safety

  • Guests must adhere to any dress code specified for the event.
  • The Raj Gharana is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
  • Guests attend events at their own risk.

8. Photography & Media Usage

  • By attending the event, you grant The Raj Gharana permission to capture and use photographs and videos of you for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.
  • If you have concerns, please inform the event staff in advance.
