1. Ticket Cancellation Policy

  • All event tickets once booked are non-cancellable and non-transferable, unless clearly mentioned otherwise for a specific event.
  • Requests for cancellation due to personal reasons, change of plans, or non-attendance will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Refund Policy

  • Tickets purchased for events at The Raj Gharana are non-refundable.
  • No refund will be issued for:
    • Failure to attend the event
    • Late arrival or early exit
    • Change in personal circumstances
    • Partial attendance

3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling by Organizer

In the rare case that an event is cancelled or rescheduled by The Raj Gharana due to unavoidable circumstances such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Government regulations or restrictions
  • Safety or security concerns
  • Technical or operational issues

The following will apply:

  • Guests will be informed via email, SMS, or official communication channels.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the discretion of The Raj Gharana.
  • Alternatively, tickets may be carried forward to a rescheduled date or future event.

4. Processing of Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
  • Any payment gateway or bank transaction charges are non-refundable.

5. Force Majeure

The Raj Gharana shall not be liable for cancellations or refunds due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or emergencies.

6. Booking Errors

  • Please review event details carefully before confirming your booking.
  • No refunds will be provided for booking errors such as incorrect date, event selection, or number of tickets.
